Terms And Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Fatafat ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • Verification: You agree to provide accurate information (Name, Phone Number, Location). We reserve the right to verify your identity via OTP (One Time Password).

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. General Service Terms Fatafat acts as a technology platform connecting users with third-party vendors (Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Pharmacies, Car Rental Agencies, and Riders). We do not own the products sold or the vehicles rented unless explicitly stated.

4. Module-Specific Terms

  • 4.1. Food & Grocery Delivery

    • Perishable Goods: Users acknowledge that food and fresh produce are perishable. Once an order is confirmed and prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

    • Allergies: Fatafat is not responsible for allergic reactions. Users must check ingredients directly with the restaurant.

  • 4.2. Pharmacy (Fatafat Meds)

    • Prescriptions: For regulated medicines, you must upload a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the prescription is invalid or illegible.

    • No Returns: Due to safety regulations, medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

  • 4.3. Courier Service (Fatafat Send)

    • Prohibited Items: You agree not to send illegal items, drugs, weapons, cash, or hazardous materials.

    • Liability: Our liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the delivery fee paid, unless the parcel was insured. We are not responsible for the contents of the package.

  • 4.4. Rent-a-Car (Fatafat Wheels)

    • Driver Requirements: The renter must possess a valid Driver’s License and CNIC.

    • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be held. Fatafat reserves the right to deduct from this deposit for fuel shortages, traffic violations, or physical damage to the vehicle during the rental period.

    • Usage: Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities or racing.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Currency: All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Users selecting COD must pay the full amount to the rider upon delivery. Failure to pay may result in a permanent ban.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed to the user’s "Fatafat Wallet" or original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to our Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct You agree not to:

  • Abuse or harass riders, drivers, or support staff.

  • Create multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses or promo codes.

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fatafat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the quality or safety of goods provided by third-party vendors.

8. Intellectual Property The name "Fatafat," our logo, and the app design are the intellectual property of Fatafat Technologies. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
